Services

 

All programs are custom tailored to your fitness level and your goals (both short-term and long-term). Current and past clients range from sports performance to post-surgery recovery, to FBI academy fitness evaluation training, to general fat loss and muscular development.

Private Gym
I train at Function Factory (4561 Mission Gorge Place, San Diego, 92120) which is a large, private facility without the crowds of a box gym (such as 24 Hour Fitness, Chuze, etc.). We typically have 2-6 people in the gym at any given time. This atmosphere allows you to exercise without feeling watched and without having to wait for/share equipment.

Budget and Frequency of Training
Clients train with me anywhere from 1-3 days per week to 1-3 days per month. Regardless of the budget you are working with I am still YOUR personal trainer outside of our sessions. I provide you with programs to follow, keep you feeling accountable through consistent communication, and so much more.

Challenge Yourself


"I have been working out with Corey since the beginning of 2016. I was having intense back pain due to the strenuous activity of my work (I'm a brewer and am required to lift a lot of heavy items). I started working with Corey to strengthen my core in order to protect my back. I now have no back pain and have strengthened my whole body, not just my core. I make some pretty poor health choices elsewhere in life, but in spite of all that somehow Corey has me in great shape and feeling healthy and excited for beach weather. Corey isn't the aggressive boot camp type of trainer. He's the positive reinforcement type with your health, pace, and progress in mind at all times. He'll push you to do your best, but is understanding when you need a break. The workouts are as tough as you want them to be and the individual milestones he tracks for you are really motivating. There's a ton of variety in the circuits so you never have the opportunity to get comfortable and plateau. I could pay monthly for a gym membership I rarely use, but these training sessions are changes that I can see and feel."
