All programs are custom tailored to your fitness level and your goals (both short-term and long-term). Current and past clients range from sports performance, post-surgery recovery, FBI academy fitness evaluation training, to general fat loss and muscular development.
I train at Function Factory which is a semi-private gym, meaning it is not private (one client at a time only) and it is not a crowded box gym (24 Hour Fitness, Chuze, etc.). We typically have 2-6 people in the gym at any given time. This atmosphere allows you to exercise without feeling watched and without having to wait for/share equipment.
Currently I am running an end-of-summer special: all sessions (one hour) are a flat $60 each, regardless of how many you purchase up front (and there are no contracts). I also offer partial sessions for $40 each (first 30 minutes we're together, then I have you finish the workout on your own for the latter 30 minutes).
Frequency of Training
Clients train with me anywhere from 1-3 days per week to 1-3 days per month. Regardless of the budget you are working with, I am still YOUR trainer outside of our sessions. I can provide you with programs to follow, keep you feeling accountable through consistent communication, and so much more.
