- "I have a gym in my complex and would like the trainer to travel to me three days per week, plus provide exercise routines to complete outside our sessions."
- "Myself and some coworkers like to exercise on our lunch break. Could you meet us twice per week and provide some boot camp style workouts at a group price?"
- "I own a small business and would like to provide quarterly wellness programs for my employees. Can you provide quarterly presentations that focus on workplace ergonomics, exercises around the office, etc.?"

- "I want to workout one-on-one with the trainer once per week at Function Factory and then attend the group classes throughout the week."
- "Myself and two friends want to learn a crash-course on gym 'how-to' so we can feel confident going to our local gym on our own. Can the three of us meet with you just 3 - 4 times next week to learn workout planning, safe form, gym etiquette, etc.?"
- "I'd like a membership to Function Factory for the group classes plus meet with the trainer once per month to check my progress and set new personal records."
- "I'd love to meet twice per week for personal training but it just isn't within my budget. Can I buddy-up with a friend to bring the cost down? Or meet for a partial training session that is 50% with the trainer and 50% on my own?"

- "I'm confident in my gym routine but would like nutritional coaching and guidance throughout the week. Can you provide me with weekly nutritional feedback based on my food log plus suggestions and recipes to better fit my macros?"
